donut sanchez

i didn't think i'd be eating steak again so soon after fogo de chao. today i was walking around old montreal with a coworker looking for a dinner spot. we found this one joint, homard fou, that had this great surf and turf! beef tenderloin with this peppercorn sauce on top and this split lobster. damn good i must say. old montreal is this great european-looking part of downtown montreal. dead around this time of year (we were literally the only two in that restaurant) but bustling during the summer months. hopefully i get to come back for work later this year.

tomorrow morning i'm gonna hit tim horton's for an ice cappucino and this new donut they advertised on tv. get this: chocolate covered and caramel filled. can you say wired? i will tomorrow!
