sf boys visit houston

spencer, andrew, and paul flew into houston this past weekend to hang out. here are some pictures i took from my cell phone. spencer has some pictures and video footage of me putting him in a triangle choke hold, we'll get those posted later. we also would've had additional photos but the bouncer at treasures wouldn't let him take his digital camera into the club.

the top left picture shows the triple bypass spencer ordered friday afternoon. this burger has a fried egg, cheese, and bacon on the beef patty. the top right picture shows spencer unhinging his jaw like a python to take it all in. the middle picture was taken saturday after neo and i just ate at chik-fil-a. as i was taking his picture, the guys in the car next to me/behind him were looking at him and laughing at me. the bottom left picture shows the last meal we had in houston. we each got the 3 meat combo at hickory hollow, it had bbq chicken, beef ribs, and chicken fried steak with two sides. hella tasty. the bottom right picture shows someone else's order that we should have also added to our order.

what else did we eat that weekend? a dozen chicken flautas from taco cabana late friday night. pappas bbq on the way to lake conroe saturday early afternoon. root beer floats and oreo cookie blizzards at sonic on the way back. surf and turf at the capital grille saturday night. dim sum with my folks at kim son sunday morning. and you wonder why texans are so fat.

I am still full, and will be for the next few weeks.

Very very dangerous menu, these places. The CFS, the lobster mac and cheese, and blizzard. And the not-so-coconut pie, bought by Spencil's pal.

Did I mention: Henry's Dad is splitting image of Homie. He's cool, he wears flatfront pants and plays table tennis 5x/week. Prolly jumps high too, like Hankie.

I'll let Spencil comment on Hankie's Mom, who was also very sweet.

Is it OK to mention the firing range? And Armageddon on the Lake? Or is that too Biblical/God-fearing for this blogspot, Gspot?

Thanks again, neck time we go pho all nigh.

I'd never thought I'd mutter these words in my lifetime...but, "It was too many strippers"...
